We decided it was best that we used actors that we could completely rely upon which is why me and my partner got our family involved in the acting process.
My partner was decided to play the role of Matt as he matched the description of the character well, he was tall and had black hair. Whilst acting, his face was masked with something similar to a blavaclava to hide emotion, as the antagonists in horror movies tend not to show emotion.
His sister played the role of Henna. She matched the height and hair colour description. We also decided it would be best to cover her face up as we knew that realistically, we could not duplicate a beheading scene to as it would be in the real world. By using a scarf to cover her face, we did not have to show the wounds to Henna caused by the beheading.
